The big beautiful bill was signed into law and thus passed the biggest piece of legislation in the Trump presidency. This is the biggest spending bill we have ever seen! What does that mean? The government will need to borrow more money to pay for this bill, which will likely stimulate the economy through money printing, potentially leading to inflation of assets. This is why Trump is pushing to replace Jerome Powell with a head of the Federal Reserve that will lower interest rates. Stocks and real estate will go up at a higher rate than usual. If you have been waiting to invest, now is the time to do so. Stay active and look around for the opportunities to invest and you will find good opportunities as we are shifting towards a buyers market.
