🎄The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
Even though it has been freezing cold in Michigan this past week, the real estate market is still moving forward. Houses in hot neighborhoods and well-priced homes are still selling relatively quickly. However, inventory continues to rise, and closed transactions look to be heading toward their lowest point in three years.
I believe this creates a massive opportunity for buyers. With less competition, you can negotiate much more aggressively right now. Since the Fed is expected to lower interest rates again next year—which will likely spark the market back up—this specific window of time offers a unique opportunity to get a deal before the crowd returns.
